Down the Drain

I hope my turn comes soon
Waiting in line to use the bathroom
Trying to be patient and polite
Seems like I've been in this line all night

Enjoying myself at a public event
It feels like hours since the last time I went
My bladder is really too full
I might wet my pants, that's no bull!

What goes in must come out
It's a body function people seldom talk about
But I can tell you without a doubt
It's one that none of us can do without

I hope my turn comes soon
Waiting in line at the bathroom
I hope my turn comes soon
Waiting in line at the bathroom

When I finally get to the toilet I lift the lid
And do my business: Draining out the liquid
The relief I feel is beyond compare
I flush it down, where it goes I don't care
